The only word is “chilling”. Not that people like this are out there, and not even that they are apparently successful scientists — what is chilling is that (at least a slice) of the professional scientific community would give (or even feign) approval or endorsement of such diabolical insanity.

Some Ga. State students decided to conduct an experiment on I-285 recently by driving 4 abreast at 55 mph (the actual speed limit)….they had cameras in cars and on one overpass….see what happened…
